Das Haus der Interkulturalität und des Volontariats
Eine interkulturelle Bildungsstätte in Marseille
Ein multikulturelles Gebiet wie Marseille und seine Region braucht einen Raum, der pädagogischen und gegenseitigen Mobilitätsprojekten gewidmet ist und ihnen angepasst wird.
Dieser interkulturelle Drittort wird es ermöglichen, sich auf internationale Mobilitätsprojekte vorzubereiten und diese zu fördern. Durch Förderung der interkulturellen Sensibilität der Jugendlichen wird eine nachhaltige gesellschaftliche Wirkung erzielt.
Ein Ort, der eine Geschichte trägt :
Das “Maison IV” befindet sich an einem einzigartigen Gebäude mit bemerkenswerten architektonischen Elementen : dem “Bastide des Bessons”. Dieses Gebäude in Sainte Marthe im 14. Arrondissement ist aufgrund seiner architektonischen Qualitäten und seines patrimonialen Wertes im PLUi (Plan local d’urbanisme intercommunal) von Marseille-Provence gekennzeichnet. Das Gebäude ist auch bekannt als Mastradour und wird oft als “Villa aux travées harpées” bezeichnet, die sich im Umkreis eines denkmalgeschützten Monumentes befindet: die Bastide de Montgolfier, la-Tour-du-Pin und ihres Parks. Auch um diesen Ort des Kulturerbes zu erhalten und die Nutzung angesichts der derzeitigen Aktivitäten des Verieins neu zu organisieren, ist dieses Projekt mit seinen Renovierungsarbeiten entstanden.
Wir haben für diese Beteiligungsfinanzierung beschlossen, uns ein Ziel von 80.000 € zu setzen …
aber wenn möglich auch darüber hinaus!
Eine enorme Summe, dennoch bescheiden in Anbetracht der Größe des Projekts und noch wichtiger, durchaus erreichbar mit einer gemeinsamen Anstrengung, um diesen wichtigen Ort zu schaffen, der zur Entwicklung offener und inklusiver Zivilgesellschaften beitragen wird.
Dieser Ort gehört euch, uns und nur gemeinsam wird es uns gelingen, ihn wachsen zu lassen !
Mit eurer Hilfe werden wir dieses Gebäude gründlich renovieren und dieser Stadt ein Ressourcenzentrum für Bildungsmobilität und Freiwilligendienste sowie einen Raum für den lokalen und internationalen interkulturellen Dialog bieten !
The development and renovation of the House of Interculturel
and Volunteering as a space for intercultural meetings
It is now necessary to undertake major development work.
In the long term we will find
• A ground floor shared between the office of Une Terre Culturelle and a common living space including an information and orientation resource centre, a working room, a kitchen and its modular refectory allowing to welcome meeting groups and daily activities.
• Collective accommodation in the attic and part of the first floor, with an independent entrance
• The second floor and part of the first floor will be dedicated to work and activity rooms
• An extension to provide more accommodation and a veranda.
• Rooms that will be used for exhibitions, activities and intercultural events events.
What will the funding be used for?

What are the benefits for you ?
